--操作方式:z键进入光标模式,方向键切换战斗单位,继续按z键可以在“同一类战斗单位”和“所有战斗单位”中切换。按x键和方向键操作选中的单位。
--注意,被操作的单位不能攻击,并且重置攻击时间。
--修改了骑兵的特性,骑兵可以在移动时自动开始攻击时间计时,不用再靠近敌方单位时再次计时。

提示:
[hidden]选择全部骑兵,利用骑兵的特性,拉开距离后让骑兵冲起来,冲击敌人,攻击完后立即撤离,躲避敌人攻击。

My first cart! I saw another matrix screensaver here somewhere, decided I needed to one-up it a bit. :D
Features a customized palette, renders most of the font characters for that more 'code' look and not just alpha characters, and multiple streams per screen column. It is thoroughly commented, but nothing really complex going on here.

I'm having so much fun with Picotron! I had followed pico-8 community for years but the resolution was a little too low for my liking. With Picotron I feel right at home, its the same resolution and number of colors I've used for my JS13K engine coincidentally. Looking forward to porting a few of my projects and many new ones.

So, I've been wanting to code a pico-8 game and I know the limits of the 8192 tokens, 64 sounds, blah blah blah, I just need to know some actual coding. For example, how would I make a kill trigger for spikes, or a windscreen for collecting something?

Made for the 2024 Advent Calendar collection of holiday games, toys, and fun tools made in PICO-8.

How to Play

Move around with the arrow keys.

Press X to perform actions.

Win Goal:

  • Survive and protect gifts long enough (?)

Lose Conditions:

  • Health at zero
  • Gifts < 5

Highscore & Speedrun

You can rate your quality of success by the number of gifts you protect by the end, as well as the amount of time it takes to reach the end. You can take a screenshot with Ctrl+6 during the win scene to share and compare.

Hi everyone!

I have managed to get Pico8 running on my RetroPie setup. It works great!

However, I am having some problems changing the size of the games. It looks like a slightly squashed rectangle now. The screenshot shows two long vertical bars at left/right. The right sonic is from retroarch, it is able to scale to the entire screen

Hey everyone, I got into Pico-8 games thanks to getting a Miyoo Mini with Onion OS that has baked in Pico emulation. I've lightly started learning Unity and Unreal engines, but I'm no developer by any means.
I saw and played the cart Pico Hot (previously played the vr version) on my tiny little handheld and was blown away by it existing or running at all in Pico, and I really want to learn and build a "hopefully" simple little game.
Seeing as there's vector and raster support, and there's a Wolfenstein & Doom demake, I had the thought of (I've been playing a lot of extraction shooters lately) a first person game running through an open field, stepping left or right to go around low obstacles/cover, avoiding or firing a single basic weapon (like a mosin) at random enemy spawns on your path until you get his once and die or make it a random distance and "extract". Am I an idiot with thinking this would be possible at all in this engine, or it is but well beyond my entry level of understanding?

This is a deeply ill-advised prototype of an idea I had where one half of the screen is playing Dr Mario and the other half is playing Tetris. In order to make a block fall in Tetris you have to build it in Dr Mario, and if you want to keep getting blocks in Dr Mario you need to clear lines in Tetris (because cleared lines break into parts and fall back down in the other game).

It's built for one player but the two-player mode might work better. I don't know because I don't currently have access to a second player.

A tiny golfing game for the 2024 Advent Calendar.

Last Minute Cookies

Santa is coming but you forgot to put a cookie on his plate!
Try your best to nudge it on there so he can enjoy it.

How To Play

Nudge the cookie onto the plate and try to beat the par(times of strokes an "average" player needs to beat the level) for any given level.
Watch out for obstacles, blue spots slowing you down and yellow spots speeding your cookie up.
This game saves your progress, so do share your achievements!

3.盗贼:较快的移动速度,高攻速,但一次攻击血量较少。
4.战斧:可以攻击180°之内的敌人,但攻速较慢。
5.骑兵:很高的攻击力,且具有敏捷的特性,即第一次攻击无需等待,相当于可以冲击第一个敌人,造成较大的伤害或击杀,并且骑兵没有到攻击范围内停止的机制,会一直冲撞敌人,冲乱敌人的阵型。

I've coded up a christmas-y clone of that silly game I keep getting ads for.

Santa's workshop is under attack by the children of the town!
Survive 12 nights to save Santa's workshop. Make children explode with joy by helping santa and his elves throw them presents.

Powerups:

  • hot cocoa - double how fast you throw presents
  • elf helper - get a helper to help you throw presents
