Hey guys, don't know how many people follow Zep on Twitter, but, thought I'd share some news:
"100% Lua scripted" - from 2:50 am - 17 May 2018
I came across this really cute cart by: SuperPuffeXIV
The grand diamond theft 100
I made some modifications to prevent level from breaking.
locked patrolling enemies on "Y" , made some custom doors and change a window from a breakable prop to a pickup so it breaks faster. Oh and added some FXs to a diamond :)
Have fun :)
I bought Voxatron back around 2011 through the debut humble bundle, and the idea of playing it again suddenly came back to me today. I went to download the game again (I've changed PCs since then), but all I can find is an Alpha version (3.4) that doesn't include the story content that I definitely played through. Would I have to buy the game again? Is the one for sale even the full version? Most of the update information on this site is lacking dates, its somewhat confusing.
thanks in advance.
Hi! NEW to voxatron- idea to import files (hope voxatron gets this feature) so from Qubicle,
slice image and then stack images on top of eachother to recreate the model! see proof of concept gif of tiger.. Make sure each image png
exported has BLACK for transparency! Its time consuming doing this one by one- which is where a collab
can come in- someone with coding to script it automatically one on top of other?!
Id like to collab with a coder anyway since Im new here (I do modelling though verseability.com/notbeaten.html)
well thanks hope someone understands my model importer method to improve!!!
Hi, there, everyone!
It's been years since I posted anything here, but I just wanted to share something with you.
I've found a game on steam that is also inspired on Robotron and voxel-based terrain and it immediatly reminded me of Voxatron!:

It looks cool, and I though about sharing it with you and ask your opinion on it. It could even provide some ideas for projects of yours.
If posting about other games is against the rules or something (haven't been following this forum at all), feel free to delete this post on the spot! No offense taken, and my apologies :)
Kudos to you, and good luck!
I found a 2015 thread suggesting this already but didn't want to necro it. But I am curious to know if any more thought has been given to this yet.
I got my oculus last week and I have been playing everything I can get my hands on, and one of the most surprising things I discovered is that VR works surprisingly well for non FPS games as well. 3D platformers feel like they were made for it, actually! The lack of depth perception was always an issue to me.
Anyway, I would really love to play Voxatron in VR. Maybe inside an environment that simulates playing voxatron on a holographic display.
