How do I get to those spots that are like these pictures

I don't know how people get to these spots like is it in the PICO-8 item(not the website ver)?

Press the left and right arrow keys to select the category.

Your favorites list will be empty when you first install PICO-8. You'll need to go to the "SEARCH" category and find Mistigri, then after the cart runs, pause it and select "favorite ♥" until the heart turns red.

I mean like how do you get to that place to use the demos and stuff

I mainly want to go to the CAST demo by ZEP

After you boot PICO-8...

1. Type "install_demos" and hit ENTER.
2. Type "cd demos" and hit ENTER.
3. Type "ls" and hit ENTER
4. Find the name of the cart you want to load and type "load cartname" and hit ENTER

Maybe the question is about how to get to splore?

Either type 'SPLORE' then Enter in the console prompt, or start the program with the command 'pico8 -splore'.
