My very first finished game, ever! It's a demake of an old game from my childhood, which is sadly no longer online (at least the version I fondly remember), so here comes the fix. It's a mix between match-3 and 2048. Three of each kind give one of the next. Will you reach gold? (Please don't, the sprite for gold is very dissapointing)

This is also my first project made with Pico 8, as well as the first time I do pixel art. Both of those turned out to be both easier and more interesting than anticipated :D

If anyone has any suggestion to improve it, please do so! Also, it's missing music, and I can't fix that by myself (yet)

What, Naturalchimie is already an old game ? Daang ! :D
Good job ! It's looking good ! Small suggestion : somehow, display the sequence of elements (...Apple->Eye->Bone...). Bonus : for elements that haven't been discovered yet, only show a shadow. This way, it gives players motivation to discover new elements.

that's very good and enjoyable to play with! Thanks.

Fun little puzzle game. But the control scheme is a bit screwed up. Other falling-block puzzle games use down to drop pieces and the face buttons to rotate them.

This game uses left and right to move pieces horizontally, like what should've been planned. Up rotates pieces counter-clockwise, down rotates them clockwise, and Z/X hard-drops them. A Tetris game on the Famicom made by Bullet Proof Software also has a very-similar messed-up control scheme.

At least fix the controls to what people have planned in their brains since old Tetris and Dr. Mario days.

@StinkerB06 - Hey, off-topic, but I sent you something on your gmail account ages ago. Never heard back. Wondering if you ever received it.

@Felice - Yes, I got that email. I really liked what you sent me.

Ah, good! :)

If you weren't aware, I feel the audio editors as toys. This is one reason I wanted PICO-8.
