This is my first attempt at a game. Its still a work in progress but I thought I'd put it up just to show.

how do i submit this? or even get it to show in the bbs forum? Ive bought pico-8 and created account but when i log in the option to submit disappears(?) and i dont see this post in the new posts list (??)

I think that's because you've posted in the general "blogs" category. You should be able to edit your post and change the category to one of the Pico-8 specific categories like "PICO-8: Cartridges" or "PICO-8: Work in Progress" or even just "PICO-8" under the "::Blog Posts" heading in the category selector. Then it should show up in both of the above feeds.
"Cartridges" is, I believe, intended mainly for finished games so "Work in Progress" is probably a better choice at the moment.

Thanks bud, I'll check it out tonight. I used the wander demo as a baseline so I'm guessing that's why the BG image is different, idk. I'll do a rebuild later anyway with some colour tweaks and basic instruction
