Maybe Pico-8's first surfing game. This is still work in progress.

I definitely am not good at dodging dangerous blocks.

looking good! but it's damn hard!

That minimalist bail animation is the best. Looking forward to seeing where you go with this.

Game hint (for v 0.1):

Step 1. Hold down until a block comes at you from the bottom then let go.
Step 2. Win.

You can still live long using that hint on v0.2.
But this time, you should move up and down to collect water melons for higher score.
