It's been a while since I've posted anything here - in fact I think the last game I posted was another Christmas game back in 2019... I guess that means I like Christmas games.

Anyway, Santa has lost his sleigh for reasons unknown - maybe he made some kind of stupid mistake, I don't know. Long story short, he needs to get back on his sleigh before time runs out. While getting there, however, he needs to get presents delivered to all the chimneys (and chimney-type objects) along the way. Maybe not all, but most would be good.

It's snowy and very windy out there, so leaping from chimney to chimney isn't going to be easy. Also kids or punks or people like that are throwing snowballs, so watch out for them. If you're lucky, you'll catch some falling rings along the way. If you're unlucky, you'll land on the wrong chimney at the wrong time and catch fire.

Merry Christmas!

The wind is pretty precarious, @projectSAM. I'm lucky to get 3-platforms before I fail and the game starts over from the beginning.

Also that projected angle looks like, well - there you have it. :) You might start the drawing of it not from above his knees but above his head.

You might add an EASY or TUTORIAL mode where someone can become familiar with the controls without getting clouted or clobbered.

Thanks, @dw817

I'm sure I have no idea what you mean about the projected angle. Obviously don't eat yellow snow, though ;)

Some difficulty tweaks are definitely in order. Probably varying the time constraint, wind change severity, etc.

Bear in mind though that it's not necessary to land on every platform - presents can be dropped from the air. It is possible to reach the sleigh in a single leap...

Whew, took me a while but I managed to complete it. I didn't realise until later that the house the sleigh was on also counted.

Consider my hat well and truly tipped to you, @PicoPicker

Although now I don't know whether it's too hard or too easy... :)

Heh, i guess any%

@JBotReality there is a limit to the jump force, both horizontal and vertical, but it's pretty generous as you've discovered, especially with a wind behind you. Well done, anyway - a perfectly valid strategy! You were a real help to Santa.
