No, it's not a duolingo demake.
It's a simple demake of Duet, a (primarily) mobile game by Kumobius. Made in about 2 days.
Also featuring auto-generated levels! Yay! Let me know your highscore (or when you gave up because you were bored).
23
here is an idea(idk if this is possible,if it isn't just tell me)
every point you get,it puts 1 more obstacle in the next level
@mar21001 that would probably be possible, but since I generate levels with mset(), it would eventually be limited by the map size unless I did some tricky stuff moving around sections of the map or something.
it might be nice to show your high score so you know what to beat
maybe different skins like yin and yang?
(got 11)
This is surprisingly, maddeningly difficult.
I love it. Great job!
@Tatery1 I considered it, I wasn't exactly sure where on the screen to display it, and then I think I forgot about it. Whoops.
@jasondelaat Thanks! I guess I'm just a pro at the original so I'm good at my version too. It's pretty easy for me. not to brag ;)
@Marina Makes Thank you!
@parchment whoa! I would've given up from boredom way before I got that far. Impressive!
I'm surprised how much attention this has gotten (not that it's the most popular game of all time, but still) considering I put little effort into it but thanks for commenting!
Wow. This is really hard for me to do, @ooooggll. I'm running a slightly different version by changing two lines of code.
scroll=scroll+.5 if (btn(🅾️)) scroll=scroll+.5 |
So the game runs half speed and only runs normal speed if you hold down the 🅾️ key.
Even then I can't get a score higher than 4. I'm just not good at action puzzles. But there is a lot of heart and genius behind this game ! Gold star production.
Wow great game!
I also think music as well as showing the highscore next to the current score would add a lot.
