A fantastic adventure on a distant planet populated by strange beings.
I've only played a handful of BBS levels, and so far, this one is my favourite. Very nicely done environments.
What Gnome said. As far as difficulty it's a fairly simple level, but the environments and objects are beautiful. It's easy to see you put a lot of work into it. Definitely worth a play!
Awesome work! Loved the environments / props. Awesome color choices. The monsters were ramped up nicely. The lava build level was a nice touch!
Simple level, but visuals are impressive. It must have taken a lot of work.
Difficulty-wise, it's easy. It would be a great level for kids, but it's not. The second to last room (pillars in lava) sticks out like a sore thumb. A sudden spike in difficulty in an otherwise relaxing level. Solutions to the room are not obvious. Even after some experimentation I've found it tricky. Even the initial bridge you have to build (diagonal) is problematic. It's easy to fall into lava while traversing it. Eventually it occured to me to press both movement keys and I started to get across more reliably. But the room just kept throwing non-obvious waypoints at me. I kept experimenting with various angles and distances, but the progress was slow and... frustrating. And then red guys started appearing.
I got clever and started looking for a shortcut. I jumped into lava and went down. To my delight, the crater contained a working exit. So I skipped the room. I wouldn't be able to do it if I had less health. This room could be a showstopper for kids.
I agree with b0rsuk, the lava room needs some tweaking. I don't think I even bothered to get past that room, because it was taking me too long.
Just balance the difficulty here, and you'll have a winner.
Thanks for the comments.
I appreciate the feedback about the difficulty. For this level I was more interested in creating an atmosphere rather than being as insanely challenging as some of the other levels on the BBS. The lava room wasn't meant to be as difficult as it seems to be.
I think for the next level I make, I will reach out to a couple people to be playtesters. It's tough to get a feel for how hard a puzzle level like the lava room is going to be, especially when you already know the solution. Playtesting would help that.

I think you were definitely successful, it was executed very well and I loved the style. I share the above sentiments about the lava room to an extent, but I think the difficulties come more from it being difficult to control the robot in some ways (moving diagonally, controlling jumps, trying to shoot the red monsters when you have limited movement and only 8 shooting directions).
I'll still gladly playtest your next level for you!
