How do I switch the roles of the background gray blocks with all the floor pieces? I am quite stuck and tried myself, it didn't work

check what flags the background blocks and floor blocks have set and switch them

I did that but it posed a problem: I couldn't normal jump off them and could only wall jump, and couldn't regain my dash on them.
