This is the first game that I've made.
It's a simple puzzle game where you explore your surroundings and use context clues to decode the language.
Controls:
Arrow keys to move.
Hold Z to look at an object.
Hold X to open your inventory.
A piece of paper and a pencil would help.
You 'win' when you can figure out the context of the end of the game.

If you find any problems, please let me know. As I said: this is my first project.
Changelog:
1.1 - Fixed typos in ciphers - Thanks to NotIan
i wasn't expecting a cipher in this game, but hey it was a cool experience! i managed to decode some stuff, 90% of it i think. there's some that haven't found
although, i'd say decoding this yourself would be much more fun!
edit: got the deciphered letters, i haven't figured out the blank ones but atleast about 90% of them are done. although there might be mistakes
also thanks @Verb for the spoiler tag!

Wrap the image link with the [hidden] tag. It's in the "formatting help" when you preview your post.
@VaniaIsAnIdiot - thanks for the kind words! I have added 'cipher' to the tags, as well.
i have no attention span so sorry :O
but what if in some sort of menu you could assign suspected letters to symbols, so you don't need pen and paper?
@Ummmm_ok that's a great idea but beyond the scope of my current abilities with Lua.
I enjoy ciphers, though, so I might implement something like that into a future project, if I get the technical skill to do so.
