My entry for the 15th Alakajam "books"
Due to external circumstances, I had around 12h of time instead of the full 48, but I'm very happy with this little concept (the difficulty might spike a bit too suddenly and then it's already done, but well...)
its really cool idea and I like it. but sometimes it can be hard to read and to escape the red thing.
Thanks @wsadasd12333,
that's a good point. If I decide to make a post-jam version out of it, I'll try to come up with a good solution for this!
Oh, I love this concept! Could easily imagine this as the beginning of something much larger. Good jam game!
How did you get past the first page with the red word? I get caught by the red vertical line every time. It's too hard for me. I prefer to read the usual books, hah. I am an avid reader and my most recent was "Leaves of Grass" by Walt Whitman. On https://freebooksummary.com/category/leaves-of-grass I have discovered the main idea of the author, he wanted to emphasize and eulogize democracy and the American nation with its achievements and potential. So I love the critical notions themes in this book.
@FidelWillis the red line does not catch you as long as you are in a spot where the sentence makes sense ;)
