So I am kinda skilled at PICO-8 but I have no clue for ideas for games and I was wondering if anyone had any ideas for games they would be willing to tell, they don't have to be good or complete I really just need some inspiration for games

You can take two ideas and mix them!

• Pac-man but you move using cards, not arrows
• Breakout + Tetris

• Natural Giant
• River of Bones

You can pick one idea from a game you like and make a simplified version that captures the core idea for pico8.

• GTA mission where you escape from the bank: racing game where you start 1st and need to stay there!

There are also game idea generators like https://thattomhall.itch.io/game-idea-guru that give you many parameters (but you can pick only the ones you want), or twitter accounts that are bots generating weird game ideas every day.
