You're a bat. Flap your wings with Z. Boost for 100 coins with X. Fly as far as you can, and collect coins as you go.

revision 2: Fixed but where you could go forever if you dropped off the screen
revision 3: Add boost. Add effects. Add (temporary) sounds.

Thought I would share this with you - give you some ideas maybe.
The pinnacle in one-button gravity games, Jetpack Joyride.
Power-ups, upgrade purchases available. It's quite the one-button gravity game.
Also I tried to tackle this type of game myself 'bout a year ago but with a smoother gravity fall.
