I'm just curious, since pico 8 and the ti84 share almost the same memory size and both as colors, is it possible to run it on ti-84?

Unfortunately, PICO-8 requires up to 2 MiB of RAM for Lua code and variables, which is far beyond what the TI-84 has.
Even the smallest cartridges could probably not run on a TI-84 with 128 KiB of RAM because of the PICO-8 code size itself (on PC, the Lua interpreter only is about 100 KiB).
