My first project in PICO-8. It started as a "wouldn't it be cool to make the Mortal Kombat theme" and then quickly grew from there. Had lots of fun putting this together, and learnt a lot of tricks and tips along the way which will be useful for future games.

No special moves. No AI. No leg sweeps or uppercuts even. However, you've got fatalities. Combine that with awesome theme, and it gets a win.

@joealarson Token count was not my friend in this project. There was a lot of stuff that was left on the cutting room floor.
