Hi ... I was wondering if anybody had bumped into this before.
I am getting no sound at all in the Pico-8 environment. None - not in the sound editor and I not even hearing the "start sounds" when you first launch the program.
I am running 0.1.10 on a Macbook Air running 10.11.6 and I can't figure out what the problem is. System sound on the Mac is fine but inside Pico-8 ... nothing.
Did I press a secret combination of keys somewhere? I don't remember exactly what I was doing before I noticed the lack of sound but I think I was switching back and forth from one of Krystmann's excellent videos on youtube. I doubt that's the problem.
Any thoughts?

IT professional here. This sounds silly, but have you tried turning it off and on again? Both PICO and your MacBook?
First thing I tried ... like I said, it's very strange. I'm away from the specific machine at the moment but I'm going to see if there is a pref file that I can trash, too.
D.
No prefs file to trash but I deleted the config.txt file from:
~/Library/ApplicationSupport/pico-8
and rebooted PICO-8. That cleared things up.
Very strange behaviour but, in the event that it happens to anybody else, here's a solution.
Thanks for the report back! I'm rather new to PICO, but I wonder if there's an official method for reporting bugs...?
@dspva: This happens to me occasionally under Windows. Not sure what causes it. Just that closing and restarting Pico-8 resolves it.
The odd thing is that, when it happens, the tracker will stop on the first note in the sequence instead of running through the track muted.
Yeah, its done it to me before too, on Windows. I just close and reopen as well. For me it happens when I swap the hdmi cord in and out of different displays. But only rarely does it happen. I never had to mess with the config file.
Just experienced this issue on Arch Linux installed on msi Wind Netbook.
Resolved it thanks to @dspva
