Hey everybody! I'm currently working on a minigame collection in the vein of Pokémon Stadium for N64. Progress has been slower than anticipated due to a deluge of 'real' work, but I'll continue to update this thread as the games get completed. At the moment, the first minigame (Dig! Dig! Dig!) is working and the second (Pico-san Says!) is well on its way.

The game supports four players, and I'm hoping the finished product will be a great companion to three friends and some beers!

Stay tuned!

Great job!

But Pico-8 only supports 2 players normally. There's some kinda weird HTML5 JavaScript hook for 8 player controls, but I don't know if they're even usable? Aaa.

Still great to have more multiplayer games, though! :D

Pico 8 actually supports up to 8 controllers since version 0.1.2 although most of the docs weren't updated.

Ah, you're right... So I can use -joystick 1 and player 0 will use the keyboard, player 1 will use the first gamepad, and so on for all the gamepads..? Neat! I didn't know how to configure it before now.

Yeah! We've played with four PS4 controllers hooked up to my Mac, works very well indeed. Gamepad Tool is an easy way to map your controllers for Pico-8, and you can update your settings in the sdl_controllers.txt file in the Pico-8 root.
