This is a prototype. No one has tested it, so I can't tell if its fun.
I wanted to make somethinng where it would get complicated if you try to get better score.
So please say what you think about the game, thanks in advance :)
This is cool, I had some fun but its kind of easy to get an optimal build and then it's basically finished. If it was a full game maybe order requests could be added over time, and there would be different combinations of stuff and machines to make each good.
The ui and style is really good, I appreciate the right click eyedropper/current block pick, but I think maybe clicking and dragging to set the orientation of things would be a lot easier on the placing side.
I'd be interested in a full version of this if you want to make one!
This UI is great with it's symbols and scrolling animation and scrolling with the mouse wheel! And the right click to pick blocks, even too select "delete" by right click on an empty field. I wish this pico 8 game DeFacto would have this UI.
But the beltsystem gets me mad, it is so difficult to get five boxes on one beltsystem without destroying a box...no the box vanish, that feels unrelaxing. If the box would get broken and the inspector field sorts them and you could make a repair...But yes it is a prototype, WIP.
Btw, is there a manual for the inspector? Sometimes boxes get sorted, sometimes not all boxes are. And what does the input do?
I always wanted a tower defence like game, where the customers are the enemie, and you have to fill the shelfs with goods they want. This game with a Santa and a wishlist cold be this game ^^. Like we need 5k teddy bears, 3k candy sticks , 5 wooden trains for x-mas.
So a rotation of blocks would be needed, and a stop belt , that might not destroy boxes, some splitter control. I see lots of potential here!

Again thanks, i will make a manual soon. The inspector takes the box above and if it matches then it lets it pass, The inputter changes lanes if X is held.

Again again again thanks, but you should see the code. I didn't expect this get much so I kinda made spaghetti, thats the main reason rotating would be hard to code.
