How do you play this ?

I like novel card games, but I can't seem to figure this out. What are the basic rules or moves?

It is necessary to form sets of three or more cards, even of different suits, or groups of three or more cards of the same rank. Combinations can be made at any time using any "free" cards, which are cards that are not blocked by other cards.

Being able to build on your 3-card straights makes things.. slightly less difficult :P
