Oh man! One of my favourite Jeff Minter titles!

Thing is, it feels a wee bit too hard compared to the original game, too many mines laid really quickly at the start, sometimes causing instant death near the start. I would love to see this game get tuned up!

Thanks for the feedback. I may look at slowing it down a tad and maybe tweaking the patroller intervals.

Version 0.81 now released. I've slowed it down a bit. Feedback most welcome.

Speed's not bad, but those cannons are brutal, it's as if they know exactly when to shoot. Sometimes I start a level, move left, and get insta-killed by the bottom cannon.

As mentioned on Twitter, to prevent instant death just because you moved left, repositioned the bottom cannon so that its first fire in on the hard right, a place unlikely to go to at the beginning of a level.

Awesome! Now the beginning of levels are fair, and you don't just instantly die because you moved left as the level starts! Great job!
