I purchased pico-8 about 10 days ago and i still haven't received it.
I sent 3 emails and got no reply. Now this is a second post about my purchase
on the forums. Did my money just go down the drain or what

It says no products found

Did you bought it here, or on Itch.io , or on something else? If you bought it on Itch.io , it's not possible at the moment to download PICO8 from here. You need to Download from Itch.io while logged in:

Did you purchase directly from here rather than, for example, through Humble Bundle or something like that? And did you create your BBS account here with the same email address you used for the purchase?

I did get a mail like this and i tried it several times but it still shows i haven't purchased anything

Try sending an email to "[email protected]" there probably was some trouble with your purchase or your account, you'll probably have to talk directly to Joseph.

I already tried trough 2 different gmails but i still haven't gotten an answer
