This is a suggestion, not a bug obviously.

The ability to toggle on a metronome tick/beep every 4 beats in the sfx editor would be quite helpful for composing tunes.

Also if there was some sort of indicator of when a sfx has been referenced by a pattern that would really be useful for tidying things up.

I remember renoiser had that, I'm not 100% sure how it would fit in but I like the idea of a metronome and/or being able to see where you used stuff. +1
