Tiny game made for the Mini Jam 80: Cats.

  • Control Mc Snuffin and shoot invaders trying to take control over your tower.
  • Build your tower higher by killing enemies.
  • Shoot arrows by pressing up or down depending on the direction.

Limitation

The jam had a limitation of 8x8 tiles which PICO-8 does easily. All sprites are made in this tile format and clipped together where needed in a tilemap. One exception is the cover image / title screen that uses higher resolution.

Fun game! You could inprove it in the future I would love to see. Game is too short though I've reached the end in less than 3 minutes

Yes I agree, it could be improved, just had so little time. Originally wanted the tower to turn into a rocket thats blasts off into space as end screen, hehe but alas, jams are tight. :)

Amazing game! It would be fun for there to b a infinite mode where it gets increasingly harder.

@Jerry_Boy Thanks for the nice comment! I think I will just move on to the next thing. Try out some code structures. The game will lag when too much is on the screen. :)
