I am in need of some help:
do any of you know how to make a modifier so, when a monster dies, it has 50%(or 25% or 75%)
of chance to drop an item?

Hey Kling, I'm working on this right now! I'll push it into 0.2.14 so that you can use it soon. The idea is to allow def id of a folder to be used for an emitter's source_id, indicating a random item (or no item) from that folder.
thank you so much zep! I'm also trying to understand how to replicate the behavior of emiting voxels that is used on the snail on the robot vs dragon cartridge.
I though that all of the monsters used on that cartridge could already be made on the editor, so I've been trying to do so.

In this quick little video i made (please excuse the quality i don't have a good screen recorder)
I am showing off a monster that i have made similar to the snail
It is kind of messy and not exactly like the snail but it works
all i did was make a bullet and an emitter that shoots out a bullet with no velocity and 1.0 gravity right behind the monster. Then i set the bullet to atomize and leave debris.
It seems to work for a messy snail.
the video is private, so I can't see, I did managed to do that messy snail too, however, I wanted it to be organized like the original, I apreciate your efforts, but I believe I won't be able to use it, sorry.
