Is there a way to add some RNG mitigation? I like the game, but it's really random.

Hello Spellcaster, I had to look up 'RNG mitigation' :)
Right now it's a one-to-one copy of the original card game, with the same amount of cards and randomness. What would you suggest? Difficulty levels? I could let the dealer give you more useful cards from time to time.
