hey all, I am looking for sound effects for my mario bros. clone.

So far, I used midi2pico8 for the music and tried my best with the sound effects.. but the results are very mediocore.

The development is approaching the end, but without the right acoustics something is missing.

Of course the name would be mentioned in the credits!

I can't really help you because I know nothing about music theory or sound design but thank you very much for bringing my attention to the midi to pico8 converter this is going to save me so much time.

Hey Sascha, here's what I did

There's two coin sounds, one softer and one with the square wave sound, more agressive.
The jump sound was the more difficult, I don't think I exactly nailed it, so I did two versions.

Don't know how to proceed to share them with you. Do I have to send you my P8 cartridge ? Or do you send me your cartridge and I program them in it directly ?
