I'm in MacOS Sierra 10.12.1 (16B2555).
And Pico8 ver 0.1.10.
The Html export doesn't work :(

Download the latest version of PICO. This is a known problem fixed and mentioned in this thread. I had the same problem a few days ago.

PICO-8 (Alpha) v0.1.10c is available here.
