I didn't have much time this week, but really wanted to do something for the first pico8 jam.
So here it is an hour later... Rain.

Justlaunch the cart, put headphones on, lean back, close your eyes and think of something utterly relaxing!

Yeah, the splashing looks really nice, realistic.

This looks and sounds absolutely amazing! I love it!

This is... rain. And it rocks. Well done.

I like those ripples, realy cool effect.

I only wish your audience could see the brilliance of your work, how you've captured the mundanity of existence and how even though it looks as though life is moving everything is part of a small cycle, remains ultimately static, monochromatic. Would only that others were half as perceptive as this masterpiece.

Reminded me of one time when I went for a swim in a lake and it started to rain. Instinctively wanted to move my head under the surface now to hear how the sound would change :)

The way the water reacts to the rain is impressive.

The low frequency bloops are so pleasant.
