This is a basic vertical shooter, but if you miss or get hit by an enemy you loose a heart.
If you loose all of your hearts, the game ends.
The game will also end if an enemy manages to get past you.

I like the game concept, nice short game. Is there a roadmap?

I miss some visual help, like that everything is yellow but my shoots only hit the enemy not the barriers.(lvl1 the Letters Dorp).
If the "background" gets an other color, for player and enemy related barriers that would be nice.
I used Painto-8 to test some, and a gray restart screen would also have a nice touch.

I would like to have an indicator if there is a ship to hit in the row, or a grid to have some orientation.

Its funny how the restart screen is eaten up by the enemies, but it resets the fleet if one gets to the bottom.

Can't wait for levels 3-10. :)


Hey, thanks for the feedback! There's no roadmap really, this is just the project I'm using to learn Pico 8. Now that the base is done, I'm gathering feedback and polishing in whatever direction seems the most fun.
