When Picotron was first released (around 0.1.0c) it seemingly just appeared in my Downloads/Updates page as a thing I could download, along with Voxatron, PICO-8, Chocolate Castle and others. I could download it just fine, and I continued to get new versions as they were released up until 0.1.0e.

At the time, I assumed this was intentional, perhaps because I'd purchased the Voxatron Debut Bundle way back in 2013. I believe there was a similar giveaway of the PICO-8 to who'd purchased Voxatron?

I understand now that Picotron just appearing on my Downloads page probably wasn't the intended behaviour of the website, and the Picotron should require a separate purchase to access, even for previous bundle/PICO-8 purchasers?

As of a couple weeks ago when version 0.1.0f was released, Picotron stopped appearing at all on my Downloads page.

I just wanted to check:

• Is it definitely intended behaviour that Picotron requires a separate purchase, and it wasn't given for free to anyone who'd previously purchased the Voxatron Debut Bundle or PICO-8?
• Am I the only one who had this experience of Picotron appearing on my Downloads page without purchasing it?
• Is there any chance of the March discount on Picotron being extended? Had I realised that Picotron required a separate purchase, I would have purchased it during March while the discount was still available.

I'm worried I've hit some weird issues because I've changed my Lexaloffle email address, and it's now different to my Humble Bundle account. Although both accounts did have the same email address when I linked the Voxatron Bundle code to my Lexaloffle account.

I'm really not sure what's going on.

Hi @brightblue, @TheHark0 -- I've extended the upgrade page just now to work for PICO-8 / Voxatron customers of older bundles:

There was a bug earlier on that caused Picotron to incorrectly show up on the download page of older bundle customers. Sorry about the confusion!

Hey @zep I just tried buying Picotron this morning using the discount page, but I have not received any way to download it. No email, not on my downloads page.

@NathanHeffley I can report the same results as you. Hopefully this is resolved soon and I can download Picotron.

I also had the same experience a couple days ago. I thought I'd somehow messed up the purchase by clicking away to my Downloads page too early. ^^' But I think the last page I saw was just "Thank you for your purchase" or something similar, with no receipt or link to a download.

The charge has processed now in my bank account, so it seems like the credit card transaction part worked fine.

@zep I bought Pico-8 from itch.io, but I have not found a way to add it to my account here, and so I don't have a discount when trying to buy Picotron. Is there a solution or workaround for this? Thank you.

@Abdullah19 It looks like there's already some requests for a way to link itch.io purchases with your Lexaloffle account, on both itch and here on the BBS. It doesn't sound like it's been added yet, though?

I assume you didn't get any kind of product key when purchasing PICO-8 from itch.io? Otherwise you'd be able to link it with the box at the bottom of this page

@zep i'm facing the exact same issue as others on this thread. i bought picotron using the discount link, but no email, no picotron. i have the charge on my card though.

I'm also seeing the issue with the discounted Picotron. I sent an email yesterday, and I'm just waiting for a response.

Seems like this is happening to everyone, I take it.
