This is cool! You can fix the fisheye by putting "Raydist*(cos(pa-raya)" on line 227 in parenthesis. You were 100% doing it right but pemdas was messing it up. After this you'll have an issue where there's a reverse fisheye because your collisions aren't precise enough, so all you need to do is when there is a collision go back 1 unit of your ray line then increase by like 0.1 so you can find exactly where the wall is.
