I found this website (https://tic80.com/) witch is pretty much just Pico-8 with fewer limitations and a cheaper cost, Pico-8 already has an education edition for free so this is not really needed and seems to be just a knock-off.

TIC-80 is its own thing with some different specs and APIs, I definitely wouldn't call it a knock-off. I also don't see anything but good in having a lot of creative game making tools available!

there are many fantasy consoles and fantasy computers!

Tico80 isn't a pico-8 clone, but seems to be close to the line, it doesn't look cheaply made and I'm sure lots of love went into the program. with some more distinction I think it would make it a better program for making games. The name and design are (edited said suspiciously no kind of) kind of similar, but I shouldn't have called it a knock-off. I shouldn't have judged a book by its cover.

what do you mean with «suspiciously»??
pico-8 was maybe the first program to call itself a fantasy computer, but other similar things existed before, like chip-8, and now there are many fantasy computers or fantasy consoles inspired by pico-8 that exist, without doing any damage to pico-8. there is no problem here.
