Update: Wow, that was pretty tricky. Forces you to think logically. Very good puzzle! My solution is virtually identical to yours, 28 moves.
I think there's basically only one way to solve it, there's not much room for error. ;) I had 34 moves on my first success (I wasn't very efficient).
Sorry, I haven't added solution viewing to the web version yet! At the moment it's only available in the full pc/mac version (you can copy the solution text and then options->paste solution while playing the level)
