Such a smart idea! A restart puzzle button would have been great though, it gets tiresome to do the whole thing over. But really great game and execution apart from that.
Thanks! You can restart from the pico-8 pause menu, I just forgot to mention it..!
the restart button kinda blends in with the rest of the menu, and you have a free 🅾️ button so might as well use it. and while i haven't played through the whole thing, the 2x2 matroyshka being able to "move" the 1x2 with only ❎ makes me want to see a puzzle that uses it.
OK I see you do indeed have a good menu option to reset just for that level, @verdog.
Suggest it not just say, "Restart" but "Restart Level."
