Another Space Invaders clone! I just fancied having a go at writing one, and then the particles and themes happened.
Bonus points if you get all the references...

Needs a "classic" theme! :)
Really nice cart. Sound effects are great and the particles make for satisfying explosions. Controls feel good and the way the score is removed for the alien mothership is a good use of space (but why no bonus displayed when its destroyed?).
But its the themese that really do add an extra dimension. Loved the ZX81 theme. Was there a Space Invaders for the ZX81?
thanks @phil. It probably could do with a "classic" theme, but I'm most familiar with the Atari 2600 version (which is where the score "font" and removal for the ufo comes from). Maybe I'll add one at some point :)
