Fun! This feels like it would have been a minigame between levels in a 90s platformer. I got to 297 - it gets challenging fast! Maybe enable cycling in the opposite direction by pressing the other action button? OR:

• no action buttons - circle
• hold x - line
• hold o - box
  This would probably give you the required reflexes to get much farther. Nicely done!

But I like yours a lot better as those hand movements got to be confusing for me after a-while. Yours are only 3-distinctive vehicle shapes for 3-slots.
