"I'm a cartographer, a map maker that is. And I've heard you're quite the adventurer. I'm collecting maps of dungeons from all over the kingdom to help other adventurer's survive. I have all the supplies, scrolls, pens, and ink. I just need you to draw what you remember from any dungeons you've explored.

All I need is an outline of rooms and corridors. Oh and it would be extra helpful if you could label the map either with words or symbols.

Please make it as detailed as your memory allows. I'll accept any map by the way, even if it's not a dungeon! Maybe you've explored a magical forest or a dragon's den.

Edit the template cart above, adding variables and shape drawing functions to customize it as much as you'd like.

Code Limitations?

• No loops, custom functions, sprites, or animations
• Only small changes to the template cart, reasonable for a beginner to figure out.
• Add as many variables and shape drawing functions as you'd like:
  • pset(), line(), rect(), rectfill(), oval(), ovalfill(), circ(), circfill()
• Other simple functions are also allowed:
  • color(), cursor(), print()
• You may print the PICO-8 glyphs using shift and a letter.

What changes are allowed to this template cart?

• You can move or remove the 3 sprites: door, arrow, stairs.
• You cannot alter the scroll.
• You cannot add more sprites to the map.

How to submit?

1. Take a screenshot of your completed quest. (ctrl+6)
2. Make it the label of your cart. (ctrl+7)
3. Save your cart as a cartridge image (save [name].p8.png)
4. Comment under this post with your screenshot and cart image. (Click "Preview" at the comment to see image upload options)
