Neat! I love the idea of a multiplayer blackjack with one pile. It might be interesting to see a 4 player mode, although that might be unbalanced against the last player to go.

Creating a 10 whenever possible seems like the best strategy. No matter what the AI draws you'll have the first chance at getting close to or exactly 21, especially if you have an ace.

Dang, this game is awesome. I also agree with PicoCoder, I would like to see a multi-play mode. If you did, you could also increase the goal pile. (Currently 21)
