You might be interested in a program that really DOES list the contents of your directory. Source included.

Now in running it, it will say "No files found." because in truth there aren't any ONLINE. However, if you run it OFFLINE, whatever directory you run it in, it will show you those file contents.

Still ... If we ever get to the level of a real operating system for Pico-8, where you can actually copy, rename, and delete files, your filing system may just be perfect for that. In this case, gold star.

Thanks for recommending that project and for other! Also the project you have sent inspired me to make this! After @Guest122's project that inspired me to make PICO-DOS, but I couldn't make system that make you move between folders :P
