I am uploading this very early antetris alpha now before anything else, because I can at least refer back to this if anything happens regarding this cart, like if I lose all my hard work.

This is supposed to be a full fledged remake of this old game right here, with a few new things hopefully added in.

Things that still need to be done:

  1. I need to have the blocks to come down over the screen in a way so the colored blocks in the spritesheet come down arranged in tetromino fashion, and the dark grey blocks to be randomly peppered in as well in no particular shape or arrangement.

2.Hitboxes/collision, I plan to learn this from the place where most of my knowledge comes from (that being lazydevs academy, and maybe a bit from space cat)

  1. have the blocks that are colored be affected by gravity, and fall when there is no dark grey barrier blocks in front.

  2. have the eye blocks come in when the score reaches a certain point (1000 for the big eye blocks which will replace the 4 yellow "o" blocks as a whole and take 4 shots to break, and at 2000 have all the dark grey blocks replaced by the eye counterparts)

  3. have the eye blocks shoot at the player (The big yellow one will shoot a circular pattern, dark grey ones will aim specifically at the player, (This I will also learn how to do from lazydevs academy).

  4. Make music! (This I know I can do myself!)

take note I am very new to programing in general, my knowledge only goes up to this video
So I am not the best at programming, and I may need assistance learning.



also the press start to rich is only temporary btw, it's an old meme I thought would be funny to use throughout the alpha stages

(I also do not know why the cart on splore is showing a messed up version I never meant to post😬)
