Looks good. Add some 3D rotation and you're all set. :)

very nice with the kana!
but:

  • there's another green character under the white one
  • some streams cover others. remember those are supposedly readable ;-)

I know there's been different versions or interpretations of this effect (even throughout the movies)
but here's what I think appears on Cypher's monitors:

  • one stream per column
  • each stream can be interrupted for a while, restarts with a bright character
  • blanks are allowed
  • no character fade-out, only remanence (have only last character in dark green)
