It's a little utility to add &quot;progressive web app&quot; type features to PICO-8 html exports.</p> <p>That gives you the benefits of a web delivered app that can be &quot;installed&quot; on your device and should even work offline. The tool gently tweaks the exported html, then adds a service worker (for caching); a manifest and icons for presentation.
